Throughout your career at MicroStrategy, there will be opportunities for new challenges, professional advancement and personal development. You will be offered ongoing opportunities for progressive professional development through continuing education, hands on training classes, department certifications and refresher courses.
All MicroStrategy technical employees must complete a 3 1⁄2 week training program known as MCE Training a.k.a “MicroStrategy boot camp.” During this time our employees receive the equivalent of a masters-level course on business intelligence. A series of projects and written exams are given to test retention and competence. All hires are conditional upon passing our training program.
